30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned with original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
In these cases:
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
- You may not be required to return the item
- We may ask for photos or videos to verify the issue
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind or wish to return an item for personal reasons:
- You can return the item within 30 days
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Opened food storage containers
- Used lunch bags
- Personal or hygiene-related products
- Items marked as Final Sale
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
